the video was both linear and non linear; at the beginning the story was from her being the one who feeling neglected and then it switches to her being the person inflicting the neglect in order to show how it feels/ looks from her point of view.

The demographic was females - even though it's relatable for women it reflects how men have an input in the way women feel by projecting the roles switching
Close up- this was done in order to connote beyonce's emotions in that point therefore allowing the audience to see how this is effecting her.

mid shot- to show the body language and link that with the impact of her neglect
wide shot- show the narrative action
Star- she was sexualised when she removed her work clothes to put in the locker
